Electronic amplitude control
Amplitude is a more important variable in ultrasonic welding. Through electronic amplitude control can adjust the amplitude of the size of the design and function, and is not affected by input voltage and load fluctuation is stable under the condition of the amplitude of the output.
The amplitude change
Amplitude can be instantly increase or decrease in the welding process, the user can input amplitude control signals from outside. Work amplitude set in the range of 10% to 100%. (see figure 1)
The power supply voltage
When the power supply voltage fluctuate within + / - 10%, the amplitude of the resulting drift range is only + / - 2%. BWp unique closed loop can compensation due to the power supply voltage fluctuation amplitude control function (see figure 2) and the amplitude of the change.
Load regulation

Power vs. amplitude Settings
Change amplitude can make to achieve the maximum output power changes. Through electronic amplitude control can achieve a more stable linear relationship between amplitude and power (see figure 4).
FM frequency and stored automatically
Use 40 kHz welding head can be within the scope of 39.9 kHz + 1000 hz for automatic frequency modulation. Every time the welding at the end of the working frequency will be stored.
Frequency automatic search
